You are all awesome and provide wonderful spaces for the rich musical talent we have in this area. In the short time that I've had this site, I've learned so much about how many great venues there are and the great bands you host.
So, yeah. It's Tuesday night, a "school night", so-to-speak. Four bands (I think...) at The Prospector, and first band goes on at 11pm. Really? Maybe I'm just old, but that seems really late for the first act to go on.
In any case, first up with an acoustic set by The Year Zero, or rather two of them, Lili De La Mora and Rodney Sellars, playing a fantastic set of dream pop a la My Bloody Valentine and Go-Betweens. I was blown away. Great songs and harmonies. Can't wait to see them as a whole band.
